At their Extraordinary General Meeting on 23 March 2026, owners of Freemans Park approved a routine update of the Body Corporate’s Operational Rules.

The amendments reflect recent case law, tidy up wording, and align the rules with how Freemans Park is managed. The new rules also improve clarity, modernise the layout and language, and add a number of practical changes to address maintenance and operational requirements.

The Body Corporate has registered the Operational Rules with Land Information New Zealand, so they appear on Freemans Park’s supplementary record sheet – a land document which links to the unit plan, and records Body Corporate rules, easements, and common property details.
