Parking changes announced

  • All visitor parking now has a maximum three hour time limit between 7am and 10pm.

  • Maximum 24-hour parking in residents’ general parking area – a valid Resident’s Vehicle permit must be displayed in windscreen.

  • Vehicles breaching parking restrictions will be towed using Super City Towing.

The Body Corporate has recently approved new vehicle parking rules.

Visitor parking has a maximum three hour time limit between 7am and 10pm.

Resident parking in the residents’ general parking area is for a maximum of 24 hours only; and a valid Resident’s Vehicle permit must be displayed in the windscreen to use the parking area (located in Waiatarau Lane between 55A and 57A Hepburn St). The permit is only valid until 31 December each year. The permits can be requested using the MYBOS residents’ app.

Please respect these new parking restrictions. The Body Corporate will enforce the restrictions by towing vehicles that breach them. Towed vehicles can be collected from Super City Towing.
