  • EGM to be held on Monday 23 March 2026 at 6pm, in the Freemans Bay Community Centre and online. 

Agenda includes:

  • Committee member indemnity

  • Changes to the Operational Rules

  • Long-term maintenance fund management

  • Star block heat pumps

The Freemans Park Body Corporate will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) at 6pm on Monday 23 March 2026. 

The meeting will discuss a number of matters: Committee member indemnity; changes to the Operational Rules; long-term maintenance fund management; and star block heat pumps.

The EGM will be a hybrid meeting, meaning owners can attend either in person or online.

A meeting agenda will be distributed to owners in the week commencing Monday 9 March 2026.
