An Extraordinary General Meeting will take place at 6pm on Monday 23 March 2026. Owners will consider a Committee Indemnity, long term maintenance funding, amendments to the Operational Rules, and heat pumps in the star blocks.
New rubbish bin service
A new rubbish service has been introduced from 1 February 2025, following owner feedback. Bin numbers have been slightly reduced, but emptying and cleaning frequency has increased. Here’s what’s changing and how the new system will work.
