New rubbish bin service

In response to owner feedback, a new rubbish service has been introduced from 1 February 2025, reducing bin numbers but increasing emptying frequency.
Regular rubbish maintenance now includes quarterly delivery of clean bins, monthly lid cleaning, and gardeners keeping corrals tidy.
Residents are asked to use the nearest corral if a bin they wish to use is already full.
Following owner feedback late last year about the rubbish bin service and the state of the rubbish corrals, the Body Corporate Committee has implemented a new service.
Here’s what’s included in the new rubbish bin service:
A slight reduced the number of bins.
A significant increase in the frequency with which the bins are emptied.
Clean Rubbish Direct bins to be delivered every three months.
The lids of all bins to be cleaned every month.
We’ve asked the gardeners to ensure the rubbish corrals remain free of rubbish and leaves.
It might take a few weeks to bed in the new system, which started on 1 February 2025. The Committee believes it will be a much better system than we had previously.
If, for some reason, you cannot use a bin because it is full, then please walk to the nearest rubbish corral and dispose of your rubbish in the appropriate bin there.
