MYBOS to help manage property maintenance

  • The Body Corporate has introduced MYBOS software to improve the management of maintenance tasks across Freemans Park.

  • MYBOS includes a residents’ portal for reporting maintenance issues, updating contact/vehicle/pet details, receiving messages, and accessing documents.

  • Owners and residents can download the MYBOS app via the Apple App Store or Google Play.

The Body Corporate has purchased new online software, MYBOS, to help it improve the management of property maintenance tasks at Freemans Park.

The MYBOS system provides a residents’ portal that can be used to alert the Body Corporate to maintenance issues, and update residents’ contact information and information about vehicles and pets. The portal also allows residents to receive important messages, and access documents and a range of other features.

Owners and residents who would like access to the residents’ portal can start by downloading the MYBOS app today – available from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

MYBOS is trusted by over 200 global companies – and now we are using it for our 201 units here at Freemans Park.
