Basements upgraded and repurposed

The Body Corporate has upgraded the basements in all 14-unit star blocks, clearing out discarded items and securing switchboard access areas.
Basements now include lighting, shelving and paving, creating additional storage space.
For health and safety reasons, owners no longer have access to the basements.
The Body Corporate has just completed an upgrade of its five basements.
Previously filled with years of discarded items, the basements were cleaned out and the access to the back of the main switchboard areas was secured.
Each basement had lighting, shelving, and some pavers installed to create a storeroom.
While Freemans Park is undertaking its infrastructure renewal programme, the basements are providing a useful base from which our suppliers can work.
In the interests of health and safety, owners no longer have access to the basements.
