Renovating the office hub for the next 60 years

The Body Corporate is renovating the old office and storage unit at the rear of 81 Beresford St West.
The upgraded area will better support cleaners and on-site suppliers, provide a safer and healthier working environment, and serve as a meeting space for the Committee.
The renovation is scheduled for completion by the end of May 2025.
The Body Corporate has started a renovation of the Building and Grounds Manager’s old office and storage unit, located at the rear of 81 Beresford St West.
The renovation will provide a much-needed improvement to this space, which is also a hot water collection facility for our Body Corporate cleaner, and a bathroom used by suppliers when on-site.
The upgrade means the Body Corporate Committee will also be able to use the office for its governance meetings and to meet with suppliers.
Most importantly, the renovation will help us provide a healthy and safe office environment for the management team who works here.
The upgrade project will be completed by the end of May 2025.
